Why We Built This Site
Minnesota makes a good deal of court information public, and the hard part is knowing which office holds the piece you want. A warrant does not live in one place. The District Court in Gaylord sets the charge and the release terms. The Sheriff's Office serves the order and can say whether it has been served. City police departments in Gaylord, Arlington, Winthrop, Henderson, and Gibbon write citations, and the case still belongs to the county court. Sibley County publishes no online warrant list, so a reader who searches one place, sees nothing, and stops has learned very little. We pull the contact details, the search steps, and the request routes for each office into one reference, so a reader starts in the right spot.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Minnesota court, the Sibley County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. The limits are real:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a court date, a surrender, or a walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot promise that every phone number, fee, or procedure on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued a Sibley County warrant or the Sheriff's Office that holds it can confirm whether the order exists and whether it has been recalled or served. We can point you to the right office, and the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages here include search boxes operated by outside companies. Those companies set their own prices and run their own systems. When a box leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue keeps this reference free to read. We do not control what those tools charge or what they return, and their results are not an official warrant check.
